Black Squirrel

I drove to Dangerfield Island near Washington, DC this morning to try and get pictures of the Potomac River (and DC skyline).  But the skies were gray and I really couldn't get the composition I was looking for.  

On the way back to the car this black squirrel darted out from a trash bin and jumped up on a post right in front of me.  I very rarely see black squirrels so I was happy to get a capture of this little critter.  

BTW - If you thought you saw a blip of a dark-eyed Junco before, you are not crazy. I decided to replace that with this photo.
