Rhinos: A sad story and a miracle
The sad story: This female Rhino had been attacked by poachers. They carved off the horn and she was left dying. The powder of the horn has an extremely high black market value in some Asian countries for “medical” purposes. This “business” is seriously threatening the few remaining populations of Rhinos all over the world.
The miracle: Dedicated rangers found the dying Rhino and managed to rescue her. After some time she could be placed back in her natural habitat. Later she was found to be pregnant and gave birth to a baby Rhino.
A thought: Some medical companies will have a tremendously large market in these countries, first to educate/inform and then to support those in need with their small blue pills. And thus maybe saving the Rhinos.
