First day of spring

First day of meteorological spring today and just like last year it was lovely, cold but blue skies and sunshine. Had a walk around London after visiting Aged P and found some interersting nooks and crannies including this old printer's house in Blackfriars dating from the eighteenth century.

Had some of yesterday's foccacia in my bag which was absolutely wonderful, soft and tasty - really good food on the move.

If you are in Holborn on a Sunday there is now a pretty little artisan market in the courtyard of the Rosewood Hotel.

No place like London when the sun is out ...
