Awarded with Fellowships At DIT
It was also an opportunity for the Institute to acknowledge some of our partners who work with us on the Students Learning with Communities programme and to present them with DIT Community Fellowship Awards. The award is to acknowledge their collaboratin with us in the design and implementation of projects that allowed our students to put their academic learning into action and to make a contribution. The recipients this year included, either side of the President
Mary and John Coyne, Wells for Zoe – Founders of Wells for Zoe, a Malawi based charity- partners on a number of SLWC projects in Malawi, involving DIT computer science, manufacturing engineering, business, event management and visual communication students.
