Observations in time

Little Miss Nira and snowdrops

It was a lovely day at this point and we snuck out, leaving the guests to relax and enjoy a Sunday lie in.
Following a porridge feast we headed to St Andrews for another brisk walk and lunch at the Old Course clubhouse-thanks C!

To cap it off we returned home to find T and J on the doorstep for a cup of coffee and so we all settled down to watch the rugby.

I do love having friends round-I enjoyed the company of an ex work colleague on Friday so my house is now stowed out with flowers!

We will host dinner on Friday for J's work colleagues and so our house is rightly turning into hospitality corner.

This is what I dreamt of while we were planning our new build.

Work continues apace with clearing out mum's stuff. More furniture was uplifted at the end of last week. Special mention should be made of the delightful lad who came from Glasgow to pick up the recliner/riser for the Scottish Motor Neurone Disease Association.
I'm glad someone will benefit from it.
