Chocolate Pots de Crème

It was a stunningly beautiful day today. The sun was out, the cherry trees were in full bloom and the birds were chirping. Well, the seagulls were screeching, but I find that to be a comforting sound.

I didn't manage to get any photos of the birds or blossoms. I did make these mouth-watering chocolate pots de crème. Much better than the healthy version, consisting of avocado-banana-cocoa powder chocolate pudding, that T and I made a few weeks ago.
