Dydd Gwyl Dewi Hapus.x

Woke up to beautiful clear blue skies....so lay in bed looking up to the sky for a while. Don't like to rush on a weekend. Coffee sat outside, and enjoyed the sunshine.
Off to get the papers and pick up the things off the shopping list i forgot yesterday!
Home and then spent the rest of the afternoon, making 6 Bara Brith, 4 Chocolate Brownies and prepared and seasoned a joint of beef for roasting.
Then set about cleaning all the kitchen cupboards and sorting things out.
Fab day and managed to catch most of the match, and celebrated Ireland's win with a glass of wine....no Guinness !!
Shower while the beef rested and just finished Sunday Dinner.
Busy week ahead. xx
