Next Catering Exam

Little Miss was in the kitchen for 3 hours this afternoon practising for her next GCSE Catering Exam.

She is making 4 Cheese Ravioli in a Pesto Cream Sauce served with Dough Balls in Garlic Butter followed by Profiteroles.

It was all very delicious :-)

Just the washing up to go now ....
