Swimming and Chewing

In spite of teething  and a cold, ]BabyCyclops enjoyed his swim as usual.

I turned up late as I was doing the "Resolution Run" 10k this morning.  I was very pleased to complete it in 53 minutes 16 seconds - over 90 seconds faster than my previous best 10k time in spite of a strong (and freezing) wind.
