Sunday Lunch

Oven-bake tuna steak
in homemade marinade.
(Actually, I lied:
the steaks were fried.)

But I did create the marinade:
lemon, garlic, coriander bunch,
spices and olive oil ...
a lovely lunch.

And for afters,
no hint of a grumble
at lashings of custard
on apple crumble.
