Pork Pies

I've had a busy busy day today doing lots of pleasing things (well apart from the weekly litter tray detox) and one of those things was finally making these pork pies. Very pleased with the result.

I also made some lovely chilli jelly and enough Tartiflette to feed me for a week or more. Then I watched the rugby (boo) and did some crochet.

I do like a relaxing but productive day.
