Time for a rant.

In recent weeks one of the Blippers I follow has had a really good and well justified rant about dog owners who leave plastic bags all over the countryside. Not sure whether it made him feel better but it certainly needed saying.

My suburban walk this morning made me feel that I wanted a good rant to. This pile of discarded rubbish was at the side of a country lane about 100 yards from the A6.

There is an excellent tipping facility less than a mile away. How are people brought up to behave like this? Don't ask me. I know.
