Taxing day

Today never let up from start to end. I dealt with all manner of issues and they just kept coming. I wasn't so much wound up but overwhelmed with the sheer amount of stuff to get sorted and problems to fix.
Came home n ran a good run with K.
Unfortunately after a day like today I then simply sat still and dozed. I was spent.
