Red breasted Merganser

We went on a bird trip aboard a boat on the Exe estuary on this lovely sunny but cold day.  We saw so many different birds including these Merganser ducks, Avocets, Golden eye ducks, Brent Geese and at the end of the journey a seal resting on a sand bank in the middle of the estuary.  A great morning out.
