I Tried To

I went along to give blood today but wasn't allowed to do it. I haven't left Thailand long enough. Apparently I needed to have left Phuket 28 days ago and I left 23 days ago...that's gone very quickly. Never mind. I think they may have another session in April I can go to. It's very convenient as its run in the local school.

Had I given blood I wouldn't have been able to swim tonight so I guess that's a bonus.

I was very pleased with my bike ride today. 13 miles. It kills my back though. It's very hard cycling in the wind. I nearly got blown over. I do need to be a bit quicker though. That's my next target.....speed up on the bike.
