Donnington Castle

We went to visit the ruins of Donnington Castle in Newbury Berkshire today.  It was a lovely sunny day with very blue skies.  There were a few footpaths around about so we took Alfie the dog with us.  Then popped home for a lovely Sunday roast at the local pub, The George in Vernham Dean.
