Playground

Today we went for a picnic out to the Ben Chifley Dam. It is situated on the Campbell's River which joins the Fish River to form the Macquarie just upstream from Bathurst. It is named after Ben Chifley who was a local train driver who went onto become a well respected Prime Minister.

The children enjoyed playing on this equipment but none of them are in the photo. I was trying some different techniques, unsuccessfully on the whole, you make more mistakes then by not trying new things.... it was very hot and glary ...not the best light for photos. I did like the bright colours in the playground and lovely blue sky before the thunder sent us all home.
