Spiders Web

There's only one way these rain drops can escape this spiders web and that to melt away.  The road was covered in spiders web just like this one this morning so I raced home and got my camera and macro lens and shot up to see if I could capture the magic.

The amazing thing was, there wasn't a spider in sight!  

It's been a busy day with my camera course this morning (learning all about Aperture Priority and White Balance!!) and we went to a wonderful joint birthday celebration of two very close friends tonight, so very late in posting I'm afraid.
