Sourdough prep.

After 'resting' for quite some time sitting at the back of the fridge, I spent some time trying to bring my sourdough starter to life. Over the last few days of feeding it's become more and more lively and tonight I decided to see if it would actually make a nice loaf.

I've no idea if there is a time limit on sourdough starters but it did produce a nice dough! I'm leaving it to rise over night and will see how it bakes tomorrow.
