Primulas to Cheer

It rained all day today and I have to admit that I haven't put a foot outside the door.

I did, though, ask husband to buy some flowers as we have friends coming for lunch tomorrow..  Instead of a lovely bunch of white lilies he came home with three pots of pansies.  Not quite what I imagined.  However, they are going to have to do and  to be fair they looked quite pretty on the black granite table.  
I have also pre-prepared a lot of the meal for tomorrow so I should be ahead of myself and not wiping flour off my hands to open the door as the guests arrive.
