Upside down

Got back from opening friends chickens to find an ambulance in my parking space - neighbour being taken to hospital for tests as unable to get out of bed this morning. Son said they mentioned possibility of arthritis in her knees causing an infection?
So - not in the mood for much today - walked portly Lucy, continued processing Boswinger photos, locked up chickens -  had to wait in rain as they ate the mixed corn and vigorously shook themselves to  free their feathers of water. Was meant to be going to a Play in the Village Hall with Colourful Mai and Nellie of the Woods - but niggling headache and general low ebb made me decide to snuggle fat cat on the sofa instead.
Good news - pregnant friend fine - just dehydrated.
