A Disaster!!!!!!!

Well today I went to Ardross Farm Shop. I bought 3 lamb shanks as friends were coming for tea tonight.  I came home and prepared the lamb shanks and popped them in the oven to cook for 4+ hours.  I've just gone to check the oven (I was surprised there wasn't a stronger smell of cooking) and I had switched on the top oven.......................and put the lamb shanks in the main oven!!!!!!!!!!!  So - chippy tonight and the friends will return tomorrow to eat the lamb shanks!!!!  In the words of one of my good friends who is here tonight - Mags prepares a well cooked salad!!!!!
