Getting organised

I've taken the notion recently of getting my photographs organised.  Behind each of these 900+ blips are hundreds of others, maybe thousands.  And because they are digitally recorded, the clutter is invisible and so lacks the obvious incentive to tidy.

I've got some software which seems very powerful.  That is to say, very elaborate and will require some investment in time.   Because it's not just organising them but also getting involved with photo processing software.

Then there is the possibility of photo books which has required some investigation.

All this means is that it will take some time before progress becomes evident.

So I took the simple step of printing some and putting them in an album.  Seems quaint.
