Cold Clouds in the Coufin

.... cross-country ski piste above Villars. The early morning tracks were at their best after yesterday's snowfall. Beautiful crystals of hoar frost (see https://www.flickr.com/photos/hilarysview/) decorated the deciduous trees, whilst the firs had new, heavy, snowy coats. Les Diablerets is the shrouded mountain in the background.

Now off to see our eldest grand-daughter perform in a dance presentation in Bern. I hope I can take some photos there but it is sometimes frowned upon so I might have to wait for the DVD.
