Back and Fourth

Need to set the alarm for an early start tomorrow.
Entries will be open for the Bridges of the Tyne 5 mile race.
I will be back again, for the fourth running of this event.
Back and Fourth, was the name of the studio album by Lindisfarne that included the track Run For Home. I love it when a blip's title comes together, as Hannibal Smith never said.
