Could be a Lobelia

I grabbed a few images with my new macro lens this afternoon and quite like this one.

I had a busy day; my son trimmed the hedges for a woman in Coogee so when he moved to Newcastle I took over from him.  The shrubs are mostly hibiscus and are green and lush when I arrive but when I leave they look rather sad.  They grow quickly so will soon look good again.

We won't mention the cricket!
