Two Singapore Slings Please.....

Celebrating our Singapore mini break.

Last time we were here it was almost three years ago. It is so impressive.

Had a wonderful day shopping at Changi Airport, swimming in the afternoon in the amazing roof top pool taking in the views of the City and the incredible harbour and then enjoying Singapore's highlight - the food!

In the picture with the two excellent cocktails are our hot appetizers - King Prawn Kataifi and JQ's Singapore Fresh Mushroom Cappuccino.

I do love excellence!!! (not sure how long I can afford it!)
