It is Friday

Last night it was the return of the Paul Palmer Quintet and here is Jeff Bartholomew on trumpet and Paul himself on sax. They were out in front so they became the sketch. 
At one point an impossible challenge - somehow they swopped places!!!  Fortunately I think Paul caught the look of horror on my face and explained to Jeff that this was a step, a move too far.  Normality resumed and I carried on.
The other three were - Jack Davies on drums, Rob Steel on bass and Richard Page on Guitar.
A late blip tonight as it has been such an exciting day - a cycle to Windermere during which I got a phoncall that I am a grandfather for the first time!!!!
