Awaiting the new arrival.

We popped in to see Fi today and got a wee look in the nursery awaiting the arrival of Baby G in a few weeks time. In the space by the door sits this tiny chair and this bright sunny cushion. The chair came from the Sunday school at my father's old church and is of some considerable age. These chairs may have been built for ages three to five-ish but were not ever built for comfort!
We met up with MaggieD's cousin and enjoyed a good lunch and a catch up with him. This evening we went to the cinema. The film was the Second Best Exotic Marigold Hotel and, sadly, I cannot wholeheartedly recommend it. Settings, stunning; filming, super; acting, very good; storyline, rather weak. Maybe we have been spoiled by The Theory of Everything. Never mind, better luck next time.
