Peppers and Garlic
I chopped cloves from an entire head of garlic for this dish, which was roasted in the oven for the blip (in fact the blip decision was made after I took the shot). For the curious, it was on our dining table at midday, with a crystal-clear day providing ample indirect sunlight.
It's not on the menu for tonight (I'll report when we do eat it), even though we're having guests (Thierry, Aude & Ella) whom we saw three weeks ago. The Sea Bass from a week ago was baked in the same oven-proof dish.
