Wookie

Our walk today took us past the young cows again. They were fairly well behaved today. I've been advised he looks like a Wookie.

This afternoon, at around 4.15pm our neighbour chapped the door to tell us that a sparrowhawk had attacked a pigeon which had landed just outside their fence. It was feasting on the dead bird and our neighbour had some photos. So, I went to take some photos too but the light was fading and I was struggling not to shake. They are big birds which makes me very nervous. Anyway, poor quality shots. Could have done with a little bit of sunshine and an earlier time slot.

Time for dinner at the pub.

Just heard the sad news that Leonard  Nimoy died earlier today.
