Findhorn at Dulsie
July 1787
'To Findhorn river, rocky banks, come to Castle Cawdor where Macbeth murdered King Duncan'
written by Robert Burns on his Highland Tour, when he stayed in the house top left behind the tree.
Dulsie Bridge looks skewed but it has spanned the gorge here since 1755 when it cost £150 to be built by Major Caulfeild.
A mild, white sort of day today.
