Mr Wiki has LOTS of fascinating stuff about hellebores.

Found this in the garden - what a lovely surprise - it is now a "cut flower" although I am not sure how long it will last in a vase.

Himself kindly offered to "do" hospital visiting today - I know Mum will be so pleased to see him.  After spending such a long time in hospital himself since we moved here he has a strong aversion to them so Mum and I are doubly grateful!

Thank you for all the comments and stars on the stormy sky yesterday - and also pleased that the "sky horse" was visible to so many of my blip-buddies.
