Thanks to expat medical insurance we can give ourselves an annual MOT at one of those superclinics such as Bumrungrad in Bangkok.

A conveyor belt of being pricked, probed and tested. Remarkably given my all-frappe diet I am harbouring no chronic conditions or life threatening diseases. A medical marvel!
