Cape Arago Light

Formerly known as Cape Gregory Light. This lighthouse is located on Chief Island in Charleston, Oregon and is one of eleven lighthouses left standing along the Oregon Coast. As I have always been drawn to the coast, marinas, beaches...it goes to say that lighthouses are a big attraction for me. I haven't yet visited every one of these lighthouses but plan on doing so. This particular one is now owned by the Confederate Tribes. It is not open to the public and I believe there are plans to make a cultural center one day.

Today was a good day. The store did fabulous! My hind end wasn't as sore as yesterday :) It was weird weather. The kind where the sun pops out then it gets dark then the wind starts blowing then the sun peeks then torrential downpour the just cloudy. I'm still hoping that the forecast is correct in saying that it's going to be nice this weekend and on into next week!
