Nebular chandelier

You can find the unexpected if you really look around. As I was having lunch with a good friend of mine, she asked me if I saw the chandelier in this café. I had not really seen it, partly because it was slightly on my back. Then I looked up and saw it. It kept changing colors. So I waited to get one I thought would look nice on a blip.
