connected

so the event came together & arrived.
The other person. Hair. Makeup. A very special dress & shoes to match.
but a very important part feels like it is having the people who mean the most there to share & help celebrate ....or just to witness it really happened. 

These trees represent the strength, comfort, resilience, support & friendship of over 80 years. But this is the first time they have actually stood together with me in the same room & with SS.  They asked why it took so long....i pointed out the difficulty we have just catching up individually - but to get 5 people from 3 states to converge in to one location takes a rather important milestone for the person who is the trunk of this tree we call friendship.
