Daily bread

Paladian makes 95% of all our bread, and mostly she uses a sour dough starter which she has had on the go for about 10 months.
 
She’s tried this technique a few times in the past, and they have all died.  This is the latest and best version based on Mr. Blue Eyes recipe (Paul Hollywood of course).   It will  hold in the fridge without being fed for at least three weeks.
 
No loaf is exactly the same as the one before – the texture might vary, the flavour may be slightly different, depending on the flour used; but I tell you they are all absolutely delicious, and much better than any we can buy.  Of course the fact that we usually eat it warm from the oven might have a lot  to do with it!!!
