New visitor!

I've had a few new visitors at my feeders these past fee days. Bullick' Oriole, American Goldfinch, possibly a Black-headed Grosbeak (but not totally sure) and this one. Anybody know what kind he/she is? Photo isn't very good (taken w/my iphone) but I'm hoping someone knows. I also have a nesting pr of House Sparrows in a decorative birdhouse right outside my very busy back door too!! Their babies are getting big! I can here them chirping, their parents are constantly flying back and forth to feed them! Plus they've been perching outside the nest, which leads me to think their babies are taking up all the room. I'm going away this wknd so hope I don't miss their fledging out, but I'm so happy that I actually have had a productive nesting pr, that I don't mind missing it.
