Time for a Beer!

After we dropped the Jetta off at Harmony Motorworks yesterday afternoon, we just happened to pass by Wander Brewing on the way home. Even though it's been open almost a year, I had never been there, although I'd sampled some of their beer at other local watering holes. It was time to pay a visit.

If you're looking for somewhere cosy and quiet to nurse your pint, this is not your kind of place, but the beer is good -- I went back for more today -- and the place is kid and dog-friendly. Just like Kulshan Brewing, there's no kitchen. You can take your own food or buy a meal from the food cart parked outside -- five different carts rotate through the week.

It's going to take a few more trips to try all the brews, but I'm up to the task.
