Before the deluge

Working in Norwich today in an office populated by 'young' people who chatter incessantly. I went there for about of concentration, but I'd have been better off staying in my hotel room listening to the cleaners clatter up and down the corridor.

Later my friends Allan Kelly and Kevlin Henney have some pre-conference talks at the King's centre. This was followed by dinner at All Bar One. We all declined the offer of the gin bar.
