£1 Shop

After many other things this morning I decided to go and have a right rummage around the £1 Charity shop in Corstorphine.

Managed to not buy any books but did ask about an electronic picture frame that we thought would be an ideal gift for Aunty Anjey. 
She doesn't 'do' technology and at 95 years of age doubt that that will change. 
She lives in Inverness and doesn't get to see the generations of families children that abound here, there and everywhere. 
So we thought if we could send her digital photos by one means or another she could view them on this picture frame.

In the shop they had a John Lewis one all boxed up and when I enquired how much it was the assistant found the price tag of £10.
'Ten Pounds', she said, 'I'll give it to you for £5'. 
Very kind I thought, so I bought it.
