No excuses

During the move I seem to have lost my running shoes... nothing else just the trainers that cost me £125 and have seen less than 75 miles!

So tonight we went to Ashford Outlet and I treated myself to some new running trainers. I'm a little bit in love with them and now I just have to pound the pavements of Kingswood and loose this 3 stone!
