Maple Syrup!

Sugaring is beginning at the Daly Mansion and maple syrup will be on the table soon. The hundred or so maple trees lining the roads on the 4 points of the compass are running their sap now and the buckets are filling rapidly. Volunteers man the boiling and bottling of the best maple syrup on the planet. I can taste it already.
