A mini cheesecake for a mini Dolly

The mini cheesecakes went down quite well at work! This is one of the two I kept at home for us, but I'm too full to eat mine, there was quite a lot of food today! I have spent the last five or so hours putting all of the appendices into my project, and I've submitted my the first draft! Only four more weeks before the final draft is handed in, I will be so happy when it's done!
