Disconnected

Yesterday evening we had a few problems with false triggering of the two large flash heads we were using to illuminate the choir.  I spent a little of today sorting out what the problem was and what might be done about it ... the results are today's blip.

I didn't get very far but I did learn a few new things:
e.g.
PC sync connectors have a widespread bad reputation, poor connection was one suggestion of what it stands for.
PC, in this context, stands for Prontor Compur ... or at least Wikipedia says it does
It does not appear possible to buy a replacement PC connector, just pre made up leads.
Unsurprisingly, searching for PC sync brings up far too many hits on synchronising data, and not many on the connectors.
