16th Century Gateway - Heptonstall

A lovely Wednesday morning so we ladies who walk travelled from Hebden Bridge up to the village of Heptonstall.   This photo' shows a 16th century gateway situated on Northgate which led through to Whitehall Farm once owned by John Bentley - the JB on the stone.
