A case of the hebees

Well. I wasn't expecting very much but I've basically been told that the swelling and pain is a feature of the frozen shoulder and 15 weeks on it is still early days. You can probably guess how thrilled I was by that.
I was pretty upset by the lack of interest but I guess he probably sees a lot of people every day who are in a much worse way than me.
Stood my ground and got a referral to an upper limb specialist. I think that's the best I could hope for. I will keep on with the exercise. It is helping. I might also turn to gin!
