Kingfisher

Red letter day today! We're getting back to normal and went to Arundel Wetland Centre as we usually try and do on a Wednesday. I don't usually go on the little electric boat as my back is too bad, but today we did. I am so glad I braved the discomfort. We followed this Kingfisher round the creeks. Another guy in the boat had a huge telescopic lens and was able to get a great close up. I took one distance shot  with my panasonic and hoped for the best. I was so pleased when we got back to find that it was still in focus when I cropped it. It was the first time my husband had seen one.
