Home from Nashville

We had a 40 mile detour on the way home from Nashville. There was an accident just before the bridge over the Tennessee River north of Chattanooga. We were about 3 miles from the bridge so decided to take an alternate route over the river. Found the route easily but that bridge was closed due to repairs! So the only way over the river was 20 miles north and then 20 miles south through the mountains. Was a fun drive!
